This workbook is designed to accompany Exploring Reality: Fundamentals of the Buddhist View, an online course offered by Tergar. This workbook is the guide for navigating the modules and sections, and also serves as a tool for reviewing the material. The workbook includes checklists for course readings and resources, questions for reflection and understanding, instructions for daily practice in formal meditation and in daily life, and a range of illustrations, diagrams, and other resources to support learning and practice. All of the readings, video teachings, and other course activities are listed in the workbook, so you can use it to plan your time and to note which parts of the course you have completed.
