This is a series of teachings on the Great Perfection at Tergar International's 2014 Exploring the Nature of Mind Retreat at St. John's University. These teachings include experiential guidance on the nature of mind, guided meditations, and practical instructions on Dharma practice.
Included on this CD are also a series of teachings from the same retreat by senior Tergar Lama Khenpo Kunga. These cover a broad range of Buddhist practices and topics, from refuge and bodhchitta to guru yoga.
