While on retreat in the summer of 2010, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche wrote a short practice text entitled Nectar of the Path. This elegant liturgy encapsulates the essential elements of Buddhist meditation practice. It includes verses on the four thoughts – the precious human life, impermanence, karma, and suffering – as well as on refuge, bodhichitta, guru yoga, and nature of mind meditation. These teachings on Nectar of the Path were given by Khenpo Kunga at Tergar's annual Nature of Mind Retreat in Collegeville MN on the St John's University Campus in 2014.
