Imagining Freedom Online Program
With Tergar Instructor Tim Olmsted
Date: Saturday, April 17, 2021
Time: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. United States Pacific Time
Hosted by Tergar Oregon
Listen to an explanation and invitation from Tim Olmsted here.
Join Tim as we explore the ways that each of us can discover and bring to life the specific qualities in ourselves that we so long for. Because our very essence is relaxed, spacious and replete with love, compassion and wisdom, we are compelled to discover what it is that is shielding these qualities from our immediate experience. During our time together, we’ll explore various moods and patterns of mind that get in the way and learn how to use those same moods and patterns as a gateway to freedom.
What Will I Learn?
During this online retreat with Tergar Instructor Tim Olmsted, participants will engage in dialogue and experiential exercises that will:
-Challenge our limited perception of our world that keeps us isolated and disconnected from the life that we imagine is possible, one that is relaxed, open and affectionately connected to the world around us.
-Help us recognize that every occurrence in daily life is a perfect opportunity to connect with ourself, others and the world altogether.
