Awareness: An Expression of our True Nature - Public Talk with Edwin Kelley

We are all endowed with inherent goodness, what we might call our true nature. One way our inherent true nature manifests is as the cognizant, knowing quality of our mind. The problem is that we usually don’t recognize it, and we are easily distracted. Come join senior Tergar Instructor, Edwin Kelley, and explore the ways in which we can recognize and connect to our true nature.

These evenings may include a period of meditation, a time to share informally with the community, a short talk by Instructor Edwin Kelley, and a period of open discussion on how we are working with these aspects of our lives. The evening is open to all, beginners and experienced meditators alike, and is a great opportunity for us to delve deeper as a community into the richness of bringing meditation into our everyday lives.

Registration is not required, but appreciated for planning purposes. Thank You.
