Description

Person, Mountain Top, Achieve, Mountain, AchievementMeditation and the Wisdom of Well-Being: A Public Talk and Interactive Evening with Tergar Facilitator Stephanie Wagner

Most people think about well-being as a future state – something that can be attained if we exercise and eat well. During this interactive talk and discussion, we will explore the topic of well-being as it relates to meditation.

The meditation techniques outlined in the Joy of Living help us to see the wisdom that is available to us in every moment – from the way we relate to our lives, to the ways in which we listen to our body.

What does it mean to be well? How does wisdom help us experience a sense of well-being, even in the midst of pain? How can we use meditation to listen to our bodies and make wise choices? Explore these questions and more with Stephanie during this interactive evening.

Registration is not required, but appreciated for planning purposes. Thank You.
